At the same time, you have a drive for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.You have previously worked in SAP environment, ideally with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Ariba, or with other modules. You are interested to work with systems and processes, including within Finance or Procurement. You also have experience in creating training content and have been part of ERP enabled process transformations in multi-region organizations before.You have a passion for explaining complex ideas in simple ways and enjoy working in a diverse team. You have strong communication skills, and you believe in creating networks. You would like to be a part of an international business transformation and work in a dynamic project environment. You communicate well in English, both verbally and written.Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) You would be a part of BOT Training, and specifically of Training Content Factory Team. The team will develop, maintain and deliver training material for SAP, process education and the ServiceNow ticketing system, in collaboration with the central system training delivery team.The objective of this role is to drive and maintain training content development and consistency across Ingka Group and secure knowledge sharing according to project timelines and country needs. This includes connecting with internal and external stakeholders to recognize training needs and managing the training team.You would act as training lead on training content in:

  • SAP environment - either SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Ariba/VIM
  • within one of the below specific process areas
? in Finance - on Record To Report (R2R) or Order To Cash (O2C)
? in Procurement - Source to Pay indirect (S2Pi) or Source to Pay direct (S2Pd).We hope that you have 10+ years of experience in SAP systems for the respective areas as well as good understanding of finance, procurement in addition to extensive experience in training and knowledge transfer. Degree educated or equivalent professional experience is required to succeed in this role.You would receive an extensive upskilling both in the system as well as in the processes upon joining the team.About the assignment
  • Inspire and enable the team to work effectively and achieve improvement on a continuous basis.
  • Develop, coordinating updates, reviews, and approvals as per agreed change process for new or existing training content in compliance with Ingka policies.
  • Provide visibility to central training on progress of development and delivery.
  • Engage and collaborate with content owners and SMEs throughout the development and delivery process to gather potential feedback.
  • Design and create relevant training key performance indicators and report on accordingly.
  • Ensure high quality training content and take responsibility for participants satisfaction with delivered training sessions.
  • Ensure any training gaps recognized for new SAP countries are fed back in the training material.
  • Lead the process documentation according to defined framework.
  • Lead the recruitment, development and assignment of resources and manage the training development team.
  • Some travel may be required
