Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Courses Trainer who is proficient in teaching Tally GST, SAP FI/CO (Public Sector), and SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, hands-on experience with these software platforms, and a passion for imparting knowledge to aspiring professionals in the finance and accounting domain.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on accounting fundamentals, Tally GST, SAP FI/CO (Public Sector), and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, demos, exercises, and case studies.
• Conduct hands-on sessions to guide participants through practical applications of the software platforms.
• Provide individualized coaching and support to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously enhance training curriculum and materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in accounting software to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Accounting Courses Trainer with expertise in Tally GST, SAP FI/CO (Public Sector), and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GST compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and SAP modules (FI/CO, Public Sector, S/4 HANA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Tally GST, SAP FI/CO, or SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience in delivering training to diverse groups of learners.
• Familiarity with other accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
