We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Responsibilities:


Lead end-to-end project management activities for SAP TM and shipping-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.


Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.


Coordinate with Business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.


Oversee and improve the shipping process from order creation through to delivery, ensuring integration with SAP TM and other systems.


Manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP TM to support transportation and shipping processes.


Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure SAP TM functionality meets the operational requirements of transportation management, freight costing, route planning, and optimization.


Conduct Integration testing, UAT, user training, and go-live support.


Ensure continuous improvement of SAP TM processes, including identifying areas for system optimization and driving enhancements.

Skills:


Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes and strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM), freight management, route planning, costing, and order-to-cash processes.


Proven experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and optimization.


Hands-on experience in SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.


Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

B.E or B.Tech

Additional Information

6-8yrs experience in SAP SD+TM. Minimum 4+yrs experience in SAP TM with atleast 1 end to end implementation project experience
