- Test Management experience in either implementation or Development projects preferably with SAP ECC & Sap S/4 HANA (added benefit)
- Experience in pre-sales activities including business development activities
- Experience in working on RFPs including estimation solutioning and presentations (must) Experience working on RFP commercials & profitability (must)
- Experience in handling complex and large teams.
- Good Knowledge of SAP Modules and their integration along with SAP integration with third party applications e.g. xe2x80x93 Arba C4C etc.
- Experience/ Knowledge in Automation testing is preferred (Optional).
- Expert knowledge of Testing Tools e.g. xe2x80x93 HP ALM X-Ray etc.
- Ability to provide facilitate training and skill enhancement of team members.
