Required Experience in years: 12+ Years Job Location : Pune/Bangalore/Indore/Ahmedabad What do we expect from you: We are looking for an SAP Lead. 9- 12 years\' experience in IT in application development for SAP HANA, support or maintenance activities 4+ years of experience in Project Management 2+ years of experience in Team Management 2+ years of experience in Agile / scrum methodology Certified scrum master and knowledge on ADO is desirable Knowledge of SQL, BODS ETL would be a plus Responsible for providing technical leadership to application development efforts to meet and or exceed client expectations. Responsible for practicing Agile principle on project execution and lead daily standup calls Responsible for leading and directing the technical tasks to the team. Should be able to lead/assist the team with his/her technical skills whenever an issue is encountered. Perform effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities. Should have good team leader skills to coordinate with team members. Should be able to assist the team with his/her technical skills whenever an issue is encountered. Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, and communication skills are required. Highly self-motivated and directed, Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Should take ownership of individual deliverables. Work with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements. Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes. Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed. Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects. Experience in working in a global environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
