Sap Support Analyst

Job Description
The SAP Support Analyst will be responsible for level 1 user support relating to SAP.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides SAP support to users in multiple global locations, across all functional departments.
- Prioritizes and troubleshoots issues and escalates issues to level 2 when appropriate.
- Records requests in support-ticketing system.
- Performs daily health checks of SAP
- Partners closely with Manager ERP on projects and requests and Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
- 2+ years' experience in an IT help desk team environment
- 2+ years' experience using SAP
- Prefer experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical knowledge and use of SAP
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
