Sap Support Analyst

Job Description



The SAP Support Analyst will be responsible for level 1 user support relating to SAP.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provides SAP support to users in multiple global locations, across all functional departments.
  • Prioritizes and troubleshoots issues and escalates issues to level 2 when appropriate.
  • Records requests in support-ticketing system.
  • Performs daily health checks of SAP
  • Partners closely with Manager ERP on projects and requests and Performs all other duties as assigned




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
  • 2+ years' experience in an IT help desk team environment
  • 2+ years' experience using SAP
  • Prefer experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong technical knowledge and use of SAP
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
