xperience : 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration and administrationRole and Desired Skill set :Identify and troubleshoot payroll processing issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll deliveryMaintain strong understanding of relevant tax and compliance regulationsProvide training and support to end-users on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll systemCollaborate with the client\'s HR team to optimize payroll processes and workflowsStrong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and deductionsExperience with data migration and integration processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (C_HCMPAY and C_HRHPC) is a plus.Experience working on AMS as well New implementation environment is preferred, Location, On-site Gurgaon,
