It helps brands transition through the digital assurance journey and make the move from conventional functional testing to adopt innovations such as automation, AI, blockchain, and XR.The Role:SAP Success Factors Test Lead - Success Factors UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Test Lead is responsible for managing and leading the UAT process for SAP Success Factors implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:UAT Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop the overall UAT strategy, including scope, objectives, and approach in alignment with the project timeline.
  • Create comprehensive UAT plans, outlining key deliverables, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate UAT schedules, ensuring availability of environments, data, and end-user testers.
Stakeholder and User Engagement:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify key users for UAT participation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business teams, providing training and guidance on UAT processes, tools, and expected outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues during UAT.
  • Conduct UAT kick-off meetings, walkthroughs, and end-user training sessions to ensure testers understand test objectives.
Test Case Management:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to define and document test scenarios, scripts, and success criteria based on business requirements.
  • Ensure that test cases cover all critical business processes and SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, etc.
  • Validate traceability of test cases to functional and technical requirements.
  • Manage test data setup and ensure that it reflects real-world business scenarios.
UAT Execution and Coordination:
  • Oversee the execution of UAT testing, ensuring that all critical business processes and system configurations are tested.
  • Coordinate end-user testers in the execution of test cases, logging results, and identifying issues.
  • Ensure that defects and issues identified during UAT are logged, prioritized, tracked, and communicated to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Facilitate triage sessions to ensure timely defect resolution and retesting.
  • Monitor UAT progress and provide regular updates on testing status, test coverage, defects, and risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Provide daily/weekly status reports to project stakeholders and leadership on UAT progress, risks, and issues.
  • Document and track test results, issues, and resolutions throughout the UAT phase.
  • Compile and present UAT closure reports, including lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure sign-off on UAT completion and confirm readiness for go-live.
Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify and assess risks associated with UAT, developing mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Escalate critical issues to project leadership as needed and propose solutions or alternatives to resolve blockers.
  • Ensure that all UAT activities comply with project timelines and quality standards.
Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong experience leading UAT for large-scale implementations, particularly within Success Factors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting.
  • Proven track record of working with business users and stakeholders to execute successful UAT phases.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors and its business processes.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of integration points between Success Factors and other HR or ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during UAT and work with technical teams to resolve them.
