Job Title: SAP SF/LMS Functional ConsultantLocations: Chennai, HyderabadExperience Required: 4-15 YearsCompensation: 70,000 - 175,000 per month:We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Learning Management System (LMS) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SF/LMS solutions to meet organizational learning and development needs. This position requires a strong understanding of learning management processes and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders. Opportunities are available in Chennai and Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to learning and development, and translate them into effective SAP SF/LMS solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SF/LMS modules to align with organizational learning strategies and goals.
• Lead and participate in SAP SF/LMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure SAP SF/LMS solutions meet specified requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SF/LMS modules, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to maximize the utilization of SAP SF/LMS functionalities.

Requirements:

• 4-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SF/LMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of learning management processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP SF/LMS solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel if required to support project needs across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly in LMS, are a plus.
• Experience with SAP SF integration tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage.
