We have an immediate opening for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - SAP Security.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and support SAP Security for 10+ system landscapes as well as applicable SAP J2EE (JAVA) stacks and MDM Console administration.
• Global end-user role provisioning, role development, and role maintenance.
• Provide 2nd/3rd Level SAP Security Support for all SAP Security related incidents and activities meeting SLAs and following prescribed procedures and processes.
• Process SAP role assignment requests in our ECC Production system via Infor ApprovaOne.
• Create, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure effective provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements of all identities; suggest and implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities as they relate to the SAP Security.
• Develop and maintain a working understanding of business processes.
• Work on projects ensuring SAP Security procedures are followed.
• Provide thought leadership and mentoring to technical & business partners.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop requirements to design and implement compelling IAM solutions aligning to corporate strategic goals.
• Advance IAM and Digital Technology security posture, reduce risk and impact profile, implement effective and modern security controls.
What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years functional / technical experience as an SAP Security practitioner.
• Experience across multiple SAP systems including ECC, BW, HR, CRM, OER, Solution Manager, NetWeaver and GTS is required.
• Experience with full User Provisioning life cycle.
• Experience with GRC system integration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Integration experience with IAM, GRC and SAP Systems.
• Experience with Sarbanes/Oxley (SOX) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) precepts and best practices.
• Working knowledge of FIORI, SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, a plus.
• Working knowledge of auditing SAP, a plus.
• Ability to meet goals while working on projects with similar deadlines.
• Ability to handle conflicting and changing priorities in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and closure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across global teams with all levels of the company.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong analysis and analytical skills.
