Total 10+ years of work experience including successful completion of minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA full life cycle implementations and minimum 2 enhancement processes in IS Retail.
More than 2+ years in Support experience
Configuring, testing and go-live support in IS Retail with SAP S4HANA Retail, food industry.
Experience in retail store operations is necessary.
SAP Merchandise Distribution, SAP Retail POSDM SAP Retail Pricing, Promotions, Bonus Buys and Markdowns, Replenishment, Additional management, Retail Consignment and SAP Allocations, SAP POS system (Retalix and GK preferably).
Expertise in CAR (5.0 and above), POSDM and CAR integration along with pricing. In depth knowledge of IDocs and mediator systems (RFC)
Strengths include strong understanding of the business enterprise processes and skills (FI and SD) to provide effective SAP solutions according to the business requirement.
Effective Interaction with the business and IT users to understand the AS-IS processes and mapping them with the new to-be processes modeled in SAP.
Knowledge on retail inventory management
Support the user in incident management, change management & service management.
Experience in the development of Business Process model, End user training, and Documentation.
Hands on experience in various data migration techniques like Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, etc.
Working knowledge of MS office (Excel and Words), Power point Presentation
Desirable: IS R Certification
Extensive problem solving, decision-making skills coupled with excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good Oral and Written communication skills and expertise in core team and end user training. Strong customer and Quality focus Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated.
