Position: SAP SD Trainee

Our search is on for a SME who is a perfectionist in creating wonder codes and help us go live with a qualitative product. Responsibilities: • Implementation and Configuration: Configure SAP SD modules based on business requirements, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SD solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP developers, functional consultants) to integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO) or third-party systems.
• Testing and Support: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Training: Conduct end-user training sessions and create training materials as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP releases and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field. SAP certification in SD module is a plus.
• Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of experience as an SAP SD consultant, with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Technical Skills:


o Expertise in SAP SD module configuration and customization.
o Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO).
o Understanding of SAP SD business processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing Procedures, Availability Check, etc.).
o Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).• Soft Skills:


o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in Sales and Distribution processes.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in project execution.

Languages: Depending on the job location and requirements, proficiency in additional languages might be beneficial for global implementations. Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration experience is desirable.
• Experience with SAP SD enhancements using ABAP programming.
• Familiarity with SAP SD reporting tools (SAP BI/BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and IDoc integration.
