Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales cum Delivery Resource with extensive experience in SAP BTP and digital transformation projects. This role involves engaging with clients, crafting tailored solutions, and leading end-to-end implementation of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Solution Sales Expertise:
• Understand SAP BTP architecture and services, creating customized solutions for clients.
• Position SAP BTP for key business drivers, including cloud transformation, digital innovation, and business process automation.
• Client Engagement:
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Conduct workshops, design thinking sessions, and roadmap presentations.
• Revenue Generation:
• Drive revenue through subscription-based SAP BTP services.
• Achieve or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• SAP BTP Implementation Expertise:
• Lead full lifecycle SAP BTP implementations, focusing on enterprise-wide business transformation.
• Utilize BTP services such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Business Process Automation.
• Project Management:
• Manage projects from scoping to go-live, using agile methodologies.
• Integration Leadership:
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions with SAP BTP.
• Enable non-SAP system integrations using BTP Integration Suite.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in cloud-native development concepts, API management, microservices, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and extending applications using BTP Extension Suite.
• Working knowledge of ABAP for Cloud, Node.js, and Java on SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with Kyma runtime, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud architecture.

• Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate industry trends and position SAP BTP strategically.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive measurable outcomes.

Tools and Technologies:

• Expertise in SAP BTP Cockpit, Integration Suite, and Extension Suite.
• Familiarity with data platforms like SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP AI Core.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) and hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for client engagements and workshops.
• Strong business acumen and ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes.
