Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must have extensive experience of S/4HANA (Finance) and SAP ECC 6.0 with a strong vertical in managing SAP projects.
• Strong experience in integration with ARIBA, SAP ECC (FICO Module) legacy system change criteria and necessary requirements.
• Working with Functional teams, legacy/existing system owners and co-ordinate with IT team and their technical architects to ensure timelines for delivery of solutions are understood.
• Mapping of workflows, identify gaps, in-efficiencies in existing process, design AS-IS, TO-BE process, analyzing new business requirements and proposing best suitable solution.
• Managing & overseeing project at organization level by supporting the existing business systems owners (accounts payable, vendor master, procurement, travel & expense) and provide report on project status and progress.
• Establish and maintain a project plan in conjunction with the existing business system owners to track and monitor delivery progress for agreed changes.
• Should be able to understand business requirements from process walkthrough meetings, requirement documents/ user stories as required for the project.
• Perform UAT (QA, PAT) at regular intervals by coordinating with business teams.

Must possess specific and in-depth skills, knowledge, and experience with multiple facets of SAP S4/HANA:

• FI module components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (PO, Non-PO, Auto-PO, Mass upload, Manual invoice processing for EMEA/APAC/JAPAC, North America, Vendor Master, Asset management, Banking master integration, Taxes et.al.
• Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI.
• Demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation.
• Support and promote integration relationships between IT and business functions.
• Work with business technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility as per needs of an organization.
• Manage projects using project management tools/technologies e.g. Jira, Workfront, MS planner, Smartsheet or other project management tools.
• Experience with SAP procurement (end to end procure to pay cycle)

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent experience with S4HANA. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• Finance Module understanding (P2P Cycle)
• Minimum 1 Full End to End project as the Lead Consultant for Finance group.
• Lead Level consultant with experience to work with senior financial business team members to define requirements, architect the solution and address resolution to issues.
• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant is an advantage.
