Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive as an SAP Principal architect for Retail Industry domain. The candidate will:


• Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications, third-party solutions, and external interfaces within the retail ecosystem.
• Understanding of related IT and latest Emerging Technologies
• Identify potential risks and issues during project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the automotive sector, and recommend enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value.
Primary Skills
------------------

The incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong experience in Retail Industry domain with a strong project track record.


• 12+ years of Retail / FMCG / Apparel industry experience
• 15+ years of SAP implementation experience with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points & hands on S/4, preferably in the Retail industry or for a Retail Client.
• Experience with SAP Retail/Fashion specific applications (Planning, Merchandising, CAR, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain, etc)
• Deep understanding of general business processes within Retail/Food/Fashion Industry
• Understanding of Retail industry trends and business strategies and models, Retail industry specific business processes, challenges, business drivers/pain points and related best-practice solution architectures.
• Good experience in SAP SD and MM modules in order to architect the solutions.
• Should have functional knowledge on SAP on the SAP CAR POSDTA.
• Experience with SAP Customer Activity Repository (POS DTA, OAA, OPP, DDF, DDF), Assortment Planning is a plus

• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
• Experience from working with global environments & diverse cultures.
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
