Description: Role : SAP Project Manager Experience : 15 year overall & 5-10 year in Project Management Location : Bangalore (Temporary Remote until Offices open) Shift Timing : 01:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST MUST HAVE Mandatory Qualifications 12 - 15 year of Overall SAP experience (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Data Migration) 5 years of Project Management experience Must have prior experience managing 2 full life-cycle SAP (end-end) implementations Requirements for this position Proficiency in delivering SAP projects with SAP Activate Methodology using Agile Sprints and reporting the project progress via sprints Should understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and be able to foresee the likely challenges Proficient in client requirements elicitation, investigating underlying causes, and identifying short-term or long-term solutions Automotive industry SAP project management experience Proficiency in the entire lifecycle of SAP systems encompassing setup, configuration, testing, maintenance, and support of SAP landscapes Experience in managing medium to large projects or programs as per the quality standards, right from scoping, and preparation of functional specifications till roll-out Proficiency in functionality and business process of service management and providing an acceptable level of support to users in coordination with vendors Insightful knowledge of business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) and design, process optimization, cost control revenue maximization from SAP system solutions using cutting-edge technologies Lead with demonstrated abilities in training and motivating large teams Experience in managing global enterprise projects Experience in managing program finances independently Pro-active, self-driven, forward-looking, collaborative, good analytical and problem-solving skills, extremely good communication and negotiation skills and who can interface across a spectrum of stakeholders Responsibilities Working closely with the Program Manager while managing the implementation of SAP ECC 6 for the client. Project planning and mapping requirements of clients as well as different stakeholders, vendors, partners, service providers, sub-contractors Manages client engagements and relationships Assist technical teams in requirements gathering and documentation Provides resource management to ensure effective utilization and client satisfaction Develops and maintains project plans for managing scope, schedule, resource needs, staffing and detailed work breakdown structure Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking resolution and escalation to ensure project completion Provides direction and sets priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day program issues Defines and leads the implementation of consistent technical processes for systems implementations, maintenance, and support Responsible for the overall implementation of the project according to the scope Effectively engage and manage the vendors/partners to deliver planned services
