As part of this role, you will positively impact the Electronics business and work globally together with Business Stakeholders, other Project Managers, internal customers as well as external implementation partners. Responsibilities In large programs, roles like Test Manager, Integration Manger, Cutover manager etc could also be expected to be performed supporting the Project Leadership team. Be accountable for delivering end-to-end project of simple complexity against the project charter and at high business satisfaction Responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of simple projects. Contribute to these KPIs for large projects. Execute various phases of project starting with Project planning to Hypercare. This includes day today execution, project reporting, dependency management, risk management, stakeholder communication, securing change management i.e., business readiness. Works with internal and external teams to deliver the deliverables in scope Identify key deliverables from cross-functional teams and external vendors, and hold them accountable for their deliverables Pro-actively apply risk management, mitigation, and resolution in scope of their responsibility Skills and Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering ortechnology related field of study Minimum of7 years\' SAP experience - working experience on S/4 HANA preferred. Must have project experience of playing Test Manager, Integration Manger, Cutover manager. Preferred simple/medium complete project management. Must have functional knowledge of SAP modules and integration surrounding modules other modules Knowledge of Interfaces SAP and 3rd party systems is beneficial. Understanding of ERP Projects with GxP requirements Familiar with various projects methodologies (like Agile), tools and frameworks. Knowledge of Project Management Tools - MS Project , JIRA, HPALM, Wrike etc Project Management Certification (PMP preferred) Considerable experience in working in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams Strong written and oral communication skills Good problem-solving skill Willingness to travel Ability to make difficult decisions and act autonomously Specific information related to the position: Physical presence in primary work location is required (Bangalore) Remote work is occasionally possible (Home Office) Meetings will be conducted remotely supported by audio/video conferencing.
