  • Provide strategic leadership to the SAP practice with a responsibility to enhance the customer experience through outcome led engagements and high-quality deliverables
  • Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice operations
  • Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the SAP Practice \xe2\x80\x93 vision and execute vertical and account growth strategies, capability and people development
  • Align vision to flow through to delivery excellence, end to end quality, automation, quality, etc.
  • Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the deepest Salesforce skill sets in the market
  • Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals and drive end to end proposal response delivery
  • Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve business objectives
  • Manage Partnerships and Alliances within SAP and their partner applications landscape
  • Grow the practice with on-going whitespace identification, capability development and focus to evolve ways of working with differentiated and accelerated delivery
  • Demonstrates proven thought leadership in developing S/4HANA Migration factory operating model and delivery approach
  • Consulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical; Client engagement and business development experience; practice development experience; and S4 implementation experience would be highly valued
  • Experience delivering solutions using both package and custom development solutions
People Management
  • Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment, selection and onboarding
  • Lead teams to create a vision, coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation. Additionally, shape broader decisions on talent strategy and talent development

Impact:High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of the SAP delivery strategy. This role has Firm wide impact with global implications. The Leader is expected to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required for the Canadian Firm to build a successful operating model. This individual must be an enabler and mission led and have the viewpoint and experience to work with other leaders in our business in ensuring effective operation of the model.Professional and Educational Background:
  • 18-20 yrs of Experience in SAP S4 HANA and eco-system applications across different verticals industry Sales & Distribution Reporting Experience in S/4 HANA Sales Process. Functional acumen in order-to-cash processes (Business Partner, orders, pricing, fulfillment, billing, AATP check, Condition Contract Management)
  • Demonstrating proven thorough ability to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment. Ability to convey complex information in a presentable, clear and precise manner with non-technical audience
  • Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success as a leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues

  • Strong stakeholder management and story-telling skills to communicate, facilitate and present cogently to, and across all levels of audiences within client organization, engagement teams, internal staff and management
