Your responsibilities

Participate in SAP Support / Project tasks Viz. Incident management/ Change request / projects / rollout.
Ensure smooth integration with cross-functional / External applications.
Co-ordinate with project / support for release control
Perform basic level technical analysis & co-ordination ABAP debug / IDOC processing.

Relevant Experience 5 - 7 years
SAP Materials management & warehouse management projects and support experience
Provide consulting services for module MM & WM on both new implementations and existing support projects
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients\' needs.
Provide day to day operational support to procurement & Logistic/shipping team.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Integration topics knowledge of:
MM/WM-SD,
MM/WM-PP,
MM-FI
SAP MM/WM certification is preferable
ITIL foundation certification is required
Exposure to Solution Manager change / incident management is an added advantage
