Reporting Manager: Senior ManagersRole Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Material Management) Consultant with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing S/4HANA and converting from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM module, with the ability to manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects, migrations, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:S/4HANA Implementation:Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.ECC to S/4HANA Conversion:Execute and manage the conversion process from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Perform system assessments and readiness checks to identify potential challenges and provide recommendations for a successful migration.Utilize tools and methodologies for data migration, validation, and reconciliation.Configuration and Customization:Configure the SAP MM module according to business requirements, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoicing, Master Data processing and other MM processesDevelop and implement custom enhancements and interfaces as needed to support business processes. Candidate should be able to get the custom object/requirement developed and delivered independentlyKnowledge about SAP DMS, SAP LIS etc.Project Management:Plan, manage, and execute SAP projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including FI/CO, SD, PP, PS, PM and others, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reliability.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including, Feasibility Study, RCA, functional specifications, configuration guides, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Stress Testing etc. and training materials.Generate and analyze reports to track project progress, system performance, and user adoption.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:6-9 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with a proven track record of successful S/4HANA implementations and ECC to S/4HANA conversions.Skills and Competencies:In-depth knowledge of SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory management, invoicing, Master data processing, MIS.Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and its advantages over ECC.Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques.Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Certifications:SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP MM is preferred.Base Location: Noida (Flexible to Travel)Specialization DescriptionTechnical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverablesSpecialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports. Para-Professional support may be in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment supporting multiple IT Projects.
