SAP MM Consultant (Implementation Head role)

Job location is based out of Gurugram/Grugaon (Delhi NCR)

Role Overview : Company is searching of a proficient SAP Materials Management (MM) Functional Consultant with expertise in analysing business requirements, designing SAP MM solutions, implementing enhancements, and providing support to ensure effective material management operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP MM solutions, including Master Data setup, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Material Valuation.

- Lead and participate in SAP MM module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Provide expertise in integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning (PP).

- Exposure to Quality Management module is preferred.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users on SAP MM functionalities and streamline processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, conduct system testing, and offer ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM modules.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM trends, innovations, and industry standards to recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant in a manufacturing or related industry.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP Materials Management module functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Experience in full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient SAP MM solutions.

- Exposure to the Fashion/Footwear industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP certification in Materials Management (MM) or related modules is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
