Job Title: SAP MII Consultant Reporting into: Supply Chain Manufacturing Team Leader, Asia/ Mumbai Base Location: Remote (India) Work hours: 5 days per week (08:45 am to 04:45 IST) or need based second shift (02:00pm to 10:30 pm IST) Background We require a SAPBusiness Analyst to work within an IT organisation to implement SAP projects for a multinational FMCG company. This organisation uses SAP extensively from base ERP to BI,Snowflake APO, IBP, MDM and CRM. This is an exciting role and the successful candidate will be part of a project team to implement MII interface from SAP to MES systems in the area of production execution, warehouse operations, quality management with batch management processes in multiple Colgate plant processes. Scope Of Responsibility Supporting the Supply Chain Team Lead during the implementation of cross functional SAP project, on Time And With Minimal Business Disruption By Work with IT and business teams to prepare project scope. Learn & utilise Colgate 5-Step project management methodology Create base project management artefacts like high level plan, Scope, Test scripts & results, backlog list etc. Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business requirements Write functional specifications for program/output/user exit developments Ensure appropriate subsidiary/division involvement in solution in line with overall global design Assist existing team to design, configure, and test Assist Business Users to test and document issues Take ownership of issues assigned from testing and bring to resolution Work remotely with members of Business and IT project Team Provide post go-live support to key users Transfer your knowledge where incremental to the existing team Qualifications & Education A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Finance or Engineering And Appropriate SAP Qualifications Required. Business & Technical Experience & Skills You will have minimum 5 years in depth experience in: SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence End to end process integration of ECC or S/4 with Manufacturing execution systems (MES) like Wonderware. This involves transfer of key master and translation data from ERP systems to MES through SAP MII as well as synching production, warehouse transactions from MII into ERP. Experience in building Backup applications in MII for enabling business continuity when SAP is down. Ability to read or even code SQLs in SAP MII to build transactions within MII to create backup applications. Knowledge of manufacturing operations using SAP PP, MM & WM transactions preferred. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should come from a strong analytical background. He or she must possess the ability to work within a team environment, including remote teams and have a strong customer focus.
