• As an SAP MDM Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across our clients\' SAP systems.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement MDM solutions, manage data governance processes, and support data quality initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Management:

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data within SAP systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various domains (e.g., material, customer, vendor).
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements to master data processes.
• Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality.

Data Migration and Integration:

• Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring data integrity during transitions.
• Integrate master data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve data integration issues.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Establish and monitor data governance frameworks.
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing activities.
• Provide recommendations for data quality improvement and governance strategies.

User Support and Training:

• Provide expert guidance and support to end-users on MDM processes.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Create and maintain reports on master data metrics and quality.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate data quality issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Project Participation:
• Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, focusing on master data aspects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployment of MDM solutions.
• Contribute to project planning and execution to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience working with SAP Master Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDM processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and data quality management.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• SAP MDM certification or related SAP certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules is a plus.
