Business Partner Configuration: Configure and maintain business partner roles, relationships, and attributes within the SAP IS-U environment.
Implementation Projects: Participate in implementation and upgrade projects related to BPEM, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Data Management: Oversee the management of business partner master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate BPEM processes with other SAP modules (e.g., CRM, FI) and external systems.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to business partner management processes, providing support as needed.
Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure functional integrity of BPEM solutions.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on business partner functionalities and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
Process Optimization: Analyze and recommend improvements to existing BPEM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Certification in SAP IS-U or related areas is a plus.
Experience with ABAP for customizations and enhancements.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the utility industry.
