Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that billing solutions function as intended.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve billing-related issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
Reporting: Develop and maintain billing reports and dashboards to provide insights into billing operations and performance metrics.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on billing processes and SAP IS-U functionalities.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for billing configurations, processes, and procedures.
