IS-Auto SAP DBM Service & Warranty Consultant needs to work in a very high paced, dynamic environment. This person will play an important role in helping to implement the best practices across all business processes in an SAP environment in tune with the customer\'s future business strategies. The individual is responsible for providing optimized SAP DBM & warranty solutions complying with SAP standards. Key responsibilities: IS-Automotive SAP DBM consultant should have thorough knowledge of DBM 8.0 Service & Warranty and be capable of implementing the best Business Processes in a SAP environment by designing appropriate solutions supporting the business processes as part of the overall SAP programme. He will be responsible for the assessment of business requirements and provide necessary know how to translate business requirements into a coherent solutions in tune with the functional needs and data architecture. The candidate will provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of automotive application and business process developments. The candidate will be responsible for driving the development of functional and system specifications, configuring the software to business requirements, execute tests to confirm functionality Provide Knowledge transfer to team members and equip them to handle the support center after go-live. He will be responsible in communicating in a team environment with clients and colleagues. Provide support for deployment, training and go-live whenever it is deemed necessary. Supporting continuous improvement by working with stakeholders to conduct the required analysis, implement the agreed-on changes and provide the needed training Maintaining and sharing process knowledge by embracing methods, techniques, notations, standards and best practices derived from business enterprise architecture guidelines Identifies opportunities for new ideas or concepts for a specific process areas or user group Pursues internal opportunities to champion new ideas and concepts and leads the information design of highly complex systems The consultant is expected to have: Deep Knowledge and Understanding of the SAP DBM 8.0 platform and future roadmaps Deep Knowledge and Understanding of the structures, methodologies, processes and tools involved in maintaining, supporting the platform from a business (process), infrastructure and technology point of view An in-depth understanding of the leadership and management of an organization that is Customer Service focused with the inherent functions of after sales service, sales& distribution etc. An in-depth knowledge of building and fostering relationships with the goal of enhancing the business Bachelor\'s degree required. Master\'s degree in business or a related information systems field highly preferred. SAP certifications is plus Demonstrated experience in leading complex SAP initiatives with positive results
