Our client is a palm oil milling and refining company, that has transformed from an agri-trading to an edible oils business. Our client plans to enter the consumer and industrial markets, while also focusing on products for the future food/confectionery markets. Keeping in line with their investment in SAP to scale, the company seeks energetic individuals.

Job Summary :

- The SAP Implementation Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of the procurement module within the SAP system.

- This includes working closely with the SAP implementation team and key stakeholders within the procurement department to ensure that the procurement module is properly configured to meet our company\'s needs.

- The successful candidate will also be responsible for training procurement staff on the use of the SAP procurement module.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a part of the SAP implementation team to configure the procurement module in the SAP system.

- Ensure that the procurement module meets the company\'s procurement policies and procedures.

- Develop and document procurement business processes in SAP.

- Conduct end-user training for current/future procurement staff on the use of the SAP procurement module.

- Develop and maintain master data related to procurement.

- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure integration with other modules, such as inventory management, production, maintenance, and logistics.

- Ensure that procurement data is accurately captured and available for reporting purposes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve procurement module issues.

- Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, process owners and help document the AS IS and work on developing TO BE to ensure the successful implementation of the SAP SD module

Requirements :

- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing/Process/Agri - Commodities /FMCG /Pharma Industry

- Prefer people with Telugu speaking skills

- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

- Hands-on experience with SAP procurement module implementation and configuration.

- Ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into SAP configuration.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
