Inception: 2011Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for HR Analytics solution

• Conceptualize and implement new data models according to agile (SCRUM) and prototype approaches

• Conceptualize and implement state-of-the-art dashboards

• Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

• Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

• Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

• Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

• Atleast 5 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP BW module

• Safe handling of BW objects (classic DSO, cubes, multiprovider, advanced DSO, composite provider, open ODS view, data transfer processes, transformation)

• Use of the SAP HANA Studio and SAP HANA data modeling

• Creation of hybrid data models with SAP BW and SAP HANA

• Mastery of SAP HANA authorization concept

• Implementation of data flows with SAP BW 7.5

• Implementation of routines with ABAP/4 and ABAP OO

• Creating and customizing extractors

• Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

• B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)

• Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
