We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SAP HR Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HR (Human Resources) modules and a passion for teaching and guiding students. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to various audience levels, from beginners to advanced users. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive SAP HR training programs both in-person and online.
- Design course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
- Customize training content to meet the diverse needs of different audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HR functionalities, tools, and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical examples to enhance learning.
- Assess students\' performance and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of e-learning materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other SAP instructors and training professionals to improve the overall training experience.
- Offer post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation of skills learned.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for in-person training sessions.
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Additional SAP certifications (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) are highly desirable.
