SAP HCM US Payroll @ Hyderabad

US Payroll Configuration. Working on US Payroll Functionality. Consultant, not Operations. Gross to Net Calculations. US Taxation. Need knowledge in Garnishment.

UK timing 6-Months 1PM-10PM IST, 6-Months 5:30PM-2:30AM IST.

RESPONSIBILITIES

oMinimum 6 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.

oMinimum 6 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.

oMust have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.

oShould have worked as an SME for US payroll.

oExperience in - SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration,

oExperience with BSI tax factory, Third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration,

oOff-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management, Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI, Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management.

oExperience in SAP Benefits configuration

oExperience in SAP Time Module

oExperience in creating and defining custom operations and rules

oExperience with Yearend activities, Open Enrollment, and support packs implementation,

oMinimum of 2 - 3 years' experience executing parallel payroll testing

oExtensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country

oWilling to work US Hours Shift

oExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
