Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: o SAP HCM Consultant responsible for end-to-end delivery of customization around SAP-Travel module through Design, Configure, Develop and Deploy S4 HANA Solution to meet client requirements.Technical Experience: 1: Must have good hands-on experience in SAP HCM Travel Management. 2: Must have good knowledge in SAP HCM Travel Management functional, worked in environment supporting SAP Travel and SAP Concur. 3: Good to have knowledge on SAP S/4 projects understanding on Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll, basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services 4: Good Command over SAP Travel and must be able to Customize SAP Travel Management module like Defining travel expense types, Setting up travel expense rules and policies, Configuring workflow for approval processes, Defining per diem rates, mileage rates, and other reimbursement rates. Configuring integration with FI (Financial Accounting) and HR (Human Resources) modules. 5: Extensive experience on working on mapping of Travel Expense Process: Eg. Set up the process for employees to submit travel expenses in SAP, Configure approval workflows for travel expense reports, Define the process for attaching receipts and supporting documents, Train employees on how to submit travel expenses in SAP. 6: Some Knowledge of all other SAP HR modules OM, PA, Time , Comp ESS/ Client, Concur.Professional Attributes:
