Minimum 5yrs + exp; MCA/BE/BTech (Electronics / Computer Science / IT)) or equivalent from reputed institute. 12 years of SAP experience, including 8 years of SAP HCM Techno-functional Experience. 12 years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience in 10 different projects comprising of 3 full life implementations, 2 Roll-Out Projects Post-Implementation Support, 1 Upgrade Project and 3 Support Project consisting of facilitating PMS, Time management, Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), CATS, E-recruitment, Travel and Expense, OM, PA, Payroll, End-user training and Technical Development. SAP PMS (Performance Management System). CATS (Timesheet Process) Travel and Expense ESS, MSS E-recruitment OM, PA Time Management Process Knowledge in Indian Payroll ABAP HR, SAP Workflow, Webdynpro, Process and Form, FPM
