Greeting!!Critical opening with our client for SAP HCM role.Location: DelhiExperience: 7+ yearsOnly immediate joiners respondCandidate should have experience in SAP HCM , Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and should have experience in PCRS and Schema in Time Management Module .Essential SkillsTime Evaluation. Positive & Negative Time Management. Writing PCR Rules for different scenarios Overt Time, Regular Time, Straight Time, Holiday pay etc. Reading Time schema and modifying if required.CATS DB Profile.Attendances / Absences configurations.Configure rules and Generate Accruals for various Quotas.Holiday Calendar configuration. Substitution / Work schedule configuration.Implementation experience with SAP HCM Time Management.Work closely in a team environment.Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk.Share resume to hridaya.v@cielhr.com
