Job Description


Key Experience areas - HCM Payroll Consultant with Thai Payroll experience . Required HCM Payroll Consultant with Thai Payroll experience. . Candidate should be having good command in Thai language. . Strong functional and technical expertise in HCM payroll modules including payroll processing, Tax management, Time and Labor, and absence management. . Proven Experience in implementing E-Business suite HCM Payroll solutions for enterprise Customers. . Familiarity with payroll -related regulatory and compliance requirements in India. . Knowledge of Integration points between E-Business Suite HCM Payroll and other modules, such as core HR and Benefits. . Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production. . Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes . HCM Forms (Requisition Form & Job Posting Forms & other correspondence forms) . Should have Implementation experience in any HCM/Payroll products. . Good understanding of HCM modules. . Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, Payroll software solutions. . Ability to interact with customers, with excellent communication skills.
