• Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience working with SAP HCM and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM is mandatory for this position to ensure efficient handling of human resource modules.
• Experience with SAP HANA is required to manage and utilize advanced database functions effectively.
• Skilled in Payroll India as a mandatory requirement to oversee and streamline payroll operations within the organization.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to confidently resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless SAP operations.
• Solid understanding of various SAP technologies to support integration and configuration tasks competently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams across different levels effectively.
