• SAP HCM Implementation: Lead and manage SAP HCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Module Expertise: Provide expert knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Personnel Development (PD), and others.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes to SAP HCM solutions, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best practices.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of SAP HCM systems.
• Integration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and project status reports.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP HCM modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM developments, trends, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Excellent skill set with a strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• SAP HCM certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD).
