Job Title : SAP HCM Consultant Location : Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Delhi / Indore / Nagpur / Bhubaneshwar / Jaipur / Kolkata Experience : 3-7 Years Skills : SAP HCM Consultant Core HCM : Expertise on SAP HCM modules (PA/OM). MRS will be added advantage/preferable Act as an SME for all Application Outsourcing (AO) services Technical Skills : Expertise on SAP HCM Modules (PA/OM). SAP MRS Knowledge would be an added advantage Good Understanding on LSMW/ SAP Queries Ability to Understand/Modify existing Functional Documents Experience and understanding of general production support / operations experience Demonstrates good knowledge of client business and their processes. Professional services industry experience a plus. Leverages knowledge to understand the current business state of client and recognize gaps caused by change initiatives Closely work with the Technical Team on High Priorty issues Develop Strong Understanding of the Product Role Specific Responsibilities Monitor & work on Service Now Tickets and their associated SLEs Work on Defects and Change Requests based on Upgrades/ System Maintenance. Create reports for Leadership Conducting/leading daily triage of tickets and tracking incidents having SLEs to closure. Fostering relationships with GAS, GSD and Member Firm teams: Meet with support folks from Member Firms for understanding Operations structure Relationship with CTO and Service Now team Other Qualifications : Advanced negotiation and facilitation skills Ability to define operational user and functional requirements within a structured system development lifecycle methodology Strong analytical and communication skills People Responsibilities : Establish relationship with member firms and internal groups/teams (GSD/GAS/CTO etc). Knowledge Sharing / Documentation Responsible for communication and documentation related to assigned tasks Become familiar with HCM/MRS functionality Assist with support process definitions.
