JD Below: only immediate joiners respond Candidate should have experience in SAP HCM , Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and and should have experience in PCRS and Schema in Time Management Module (FRESHERS DON\'T SEND) Experience Required - 3 to 6 years Location - Bangalore Hybrid Type Essential Skills Time Evaluation. Positive & Negative Time Management. Writing PCR Rules for different scenarios Overt Time, Regular Time, Straight Time, Holiday pay etc. Reading Time schema and modifying if required. CATS DB Profile. Attendances/Absences configurations. Configure rules and Generate Accruals for various Quotas. Holiday Calendar configuration. Substitution/Work schedule configuration. Implementation experience with SAP HCM Time Management. Work closely in a team environment. Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk.
