Roles & Responsibilities As an SAP Hana Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Hana solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and translating them into effective SAP Hana solutions. - Coordinating and executing full cycle SAP Hana implementations from planning to execution. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Hana systems. - Providing ongoing support and training to clients for SAP Hana and SAP ERP related functionalities. - Troubleshooting and resolving any SAP Hana-related issues post-implementation. - Staying updated with the latest SAP Hana features and best practices to advise clients effectively. Mandatory Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP Hana implementation. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems. - Proven track record of executing successful SAP Hana projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in SAP Hana or related SAP technologies. - Experience with data migration and system integration. - Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis. - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
