The candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in managing SAP implementations and operations with a focus on HANA and FICO modules. In this role, you will lead complex SAP projects and work closely with various stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that align with organizational strategies and goals.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in SAP HANA with a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive expertise in SAP FICO, including financial accounting and controlling processes (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including installation, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming to support technical implementations and customizations.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, enhancing user interface and experience for easier navigation and usability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design strategic business solutions.
• Strong leadership capabilities, able to guide and develop team members to achieve project objectives.
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP HANA FICO implementation and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and develop SAP-based solutions.
• Ensure successful system integration and data migration within SAP environments.
• Coordinate and execute testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Supervise team members and provide training and support to enhance their SAP capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and implement adjustments to ensure stability and efficiency.
