- SAP Functional Support Executive

As an SAP Functional support Executive, you will be responsible for providing support expertise in the area of SAP functional implementation, process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining master data including customer records, vendor information, inventory, Purchase order etc.

Translating business needs into SAP solutions by configuring modules, customizing functionalities, and designing processes and their implementation.

Leading or supporting the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring a smooth transition.

Conducting rigorous testing to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP solutions.

Providing ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates.

Provide training and support to users.

Conducting research on other software products to recommend and support purchasing efforts.

Coordinate with SAP team to understand the company's business needs and processes. Design, customize and implement solutions to meet those needs.

Manage projects and timelines

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field

2+ years of experience working with SAP software products

Strong understanding of business processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
