Responsible for analyzing and understanding the business processes and requirements of a client organization and configuring the SAP system accordingly to meet those needs Analyzing and understanding the business processes and requirements of client organizations Configuring SAP systems to meet business requirements Creating functional specifications and design documents Working with project managers, technical leads, and developers to ensure project delivery Conducting testing, documenting defects, and working with the development team to resolve issues Providing post-implementation support and resolving any issues that may arise Conducting end-user training and providing user support Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment
