SAP FICO Functional Consultant (JC- 1968458/1968462) SAP testing experience is preferred. SAP proficiency in FI/CO core modules is a must (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, etc) Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration) Strong knowledge on integration between logistics modules with FI/CO. Taking lead of the FICO team in providing support for SAP FICO Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA. Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, abap, COE) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application. Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and COE team. Carry out System Integration Test, and its related documentation Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support. Preferred Additional Skills- Experience in writing/Reviewing and contributing test plan, test scripts, test cases and test conditions. Experienced in defect/issue tracking and their management through timely resolution. Involved in working with all Quality Center modules Test plan module, Test lab module and Defects module.
