We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules and a passion for teaching and training. As an SAP Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering SAP training programs to our employees and clients to ensure they can effectively use SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Development:
• Design and develop comprehensive SAP training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional documents.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP functionalities and incorporate them into training programs.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct classroom-based, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.).
• Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including end-users, IT professionals, and management.
• Support and Evaluation:
• Provide post-training support and mentoring to trainees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with SAP implementation teams to understand system customizations and incorporate them into training.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to schedule training sessions and align training with business objectives.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Develop and update training manuals, user guides, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP training or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex SAP functionalities in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
