Principal Responsibilities:o• Provide first-level and second-level support for SAP FICO-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Handle support calls and tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring FICO-related problems and implement preventive measures.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing SAP FICO configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and implement solutions.
• Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• •Minimum Education Requirement:•
• BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• •Minimum year of Practice Experience:•
• One to Three years of experience in FI areas in SAP as a minimum.
• •Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge which are required:•
• Background in working with a multi-site, global business environment, multi-cultural community.
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP support, with a focus on FICO modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling concepts.
• Experience in handling support tickets and resolving FICO-related issues.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to finance and controlling processes.
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP development for FICO-specific customizations.
• Understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HR).
