Requirements:
Master's degree in economics/IT/Engineering or similar
SAP FI-Acc & Tax certification and minimum 6 years of related experience, in the context of several SAP implementation programs
Extensive Know-How of Accounting and Tax SAP standard processes both technically regarding the set-up in SAP S/4 HANA and the business-related actions and process flows
Strong conceptual skills and analytical thinking and ability to look beyond the horizon of the individual subject area
Ability to explain the concepts behind to different stakeholder groups
Good cross-module understanding of Business Processes within the context of end-to-end business process scenarios
Passion for and at least first experience in creation of digital training content for key and end users
Solid business and configuration knowledge about Accounting & Tax processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and explanation skills
Adaptable team player with self-drive
Very good problem-solving & analytical skills
Excellent English language skills
Strong desire to further expand the existing SAP and training skills and develop professionally
Previous interaction with ticketing tools (ex: JIRA)
Main role:
You will be part of global projects.
Working closely with client process experts and BE training consultant as well as coordinator.
Meeting moderation (e.g., demo sessions, client review, feedback).
Taking full responsibility for the creation of high-quality digital training content for Key User and End User for SAP FI-Acc & Tax
Developing and configuring customized (also SAP-based) digital training solutions e.g., system-based guided tours and simulations, videos, demo kits, e-learnings, documentations
Determining business requirements via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations together with client process experts
Assessing existing training content and recommending improvements
Demand-orientated support and collaboration in functional workstreams, including configuration and integration testing
Providing key end user support and trainings for transferring external know-how to the client
Managing and keeping timelines, respecting the agreed Service Line Agreements
Issue/Task management in Jira and reporting on assigned deliverables (based on established workflows, e.g., weekly list of deliverables).
Contribute to the internal knowledge base by sharing experience
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Stay updated with the latest SAP solutions and Best Practices
