Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge, understanding of Project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.Experience in SAP Business Process Design & Implement as well as Support areas including SLAs management Cause Analysis.Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions, methodology etc.Here\'s how you\'ll contribute:As SAP FICO Consultant at Zensar you will take end-to-end ownership of FICO deliverable on projects and provide valuable expertise. Well acquainted with SAP Methodology and experienced in all stages of project implementation.\xc2\xb7 Managing and owning all aspects of FICO deliverables\xc2\xb7 Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents\xc2\xb7 Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role\xc2\xb7 Estimation of efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed\xc2\xb7 Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements\xc2\xb7 Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP and PM.\xc2\xb7 Leading and mentoring small-sized teams\xc2\xb7 SAP Certification and/or domain experience will be added advantageSAP Skills required to contribute:\xc2\xb7 FI - Core (GL/New GL/AR/AP). Understanding of Organization Structure, Chart of Accounts, Account Determination, Period End and Year End Close along with Automatic Payments, EBS, Lockbox, DME and Banking)\xc2\xb7 CO - Core (Cost Center, Internal Order, Settlements)\xc2\xb7 Fixed Assets\xc2\xb7 Parallel Ledger and Document Splitting\xc2\xb7 Profit Center and Segment Accounting\xc2\xb7 Product Costing\xc2\xb7 Profitability Analysis\xc2\xb7 GL Planning and Budgeting\xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of cross functional applications, integrating other modules like, FI, PP and SD.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Enhancement and user-exits in areas of functional expertise\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into SAP Design and Configure the same.\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct business requirement gathering and solutioning workshops. Configuration and creating Functional Specifications for RCIEFW development. Developing and executing test cases. Hands on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, Resolving Defects and track using HP Quality Center or any other testing tool.\xc2\xb7 Training and Go-Live activities\xc2\xb7 Experience in working with various tools for issue recording and tracking; Change request management, Testing tools, 3rd party systems integration etc.\xc2\xb7 Experience in working on Global Delivery projects for International Clients preferred.\xc2\xb7 Domain business knowledge/understanding of Accounting / Costing - beyond technical implementation experience.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skillsAdvantage ZensarWe are a digital solutions and technology services company that partners with global organizations across industries to achieve digital transformation.
