Configuration & process knowledge of the core modules of FI.Few end-to-end implementations of SAPSound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management, local commercial processes and taxationKnowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge, vendor & resource management, project managementStrong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementationAbility to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partnersExcellent communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audienceAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issuesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrimarily responsible to execute enhancements & projects related to the FI/DMS/PS/PM module effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs.Conduct testing of changes pertaining to FI/DMS/PS/PM module.Identify, track and resolve issues in a timely manner under SLAMaintain all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standardsResponsible for preparing & maintaining adequate reports to be shared with the SAP HeadCreate systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to application developersSuggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-inDraft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.Work with service delivery team when called upon by enhancement lead to resolve L2 and above issuesAssist the IT GRC team to conduct audit & assurance activities
