The opportunity



In this position, you are part of the Finance GBS Team and work closely with the Internal GBS team, Global Controlling / Finance directors, Finance Leads, Supply chain team and CFOs as well as with other GBS partners

How you'll spend your day


Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide SAP solutions to meet their requirements Configure and implement SAP modules and solutions, including SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP and other relevant modules Perform testing (UAT/UNIT/REGRESSION) and training sessions SAP implementation / migration Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders Center of excellence (COE) for SAP solutions Develop, implement and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets Instrumental in implementation of RPA solutions & BOTs Assessing the business's current software and IT structure to determine its strengths, potential areas of improvement and possible integrations Preparing reports or delivering presentations about their recommended SAP implementations or modifications Ensure smooth and on-time completion of project deliverables within the decided scope Analyse and document business processes and identify areas for improvement Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices

Your experience and qualifications


Bachelor degree, Information Technology or a related field CA / CMA preferred 12+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions Relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, and other major modules Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work individually and collaborate with internal & global teams Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices Proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP solutions with excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices in their industry You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting requirements and providing solutions
