Job Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions.

• Manage and optimize warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, and TM).
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize solution adoption.
• Stay updated on SAP EWM enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development, when required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9 to 13 years in SAP EWM implementation and support, with proven leadership experience.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities and architecture.
• Experience with warehouse process optimization and automation.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with RF framework and mobile data entry in EWM.
• Understanding of SAP TM (Transportation Management) integration is a plus.
• Functional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to xe2x82xb932 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).
